TGP Cymru has been providing services to vulnerable children, young people and families across Wales for 22 years.
TGP Cymru currently provides a Communication Passport Service to children and young people across four counties in North Wales. However, we have recently secured additional funding to extend this service to all six counties in North Wales. We are currently recruiting a Practitioner to work in the Communication Passport Service.
PRACTITIONER £27,000 – £30,100 per annum (pro-rata) Part-time 22.5 hours per week
Candidates must have an interest in promoting children’s rights and experience of direct work with children and young people with communication difficulties.
Candidates must also be able to demonstrate TGP Cymru values. Values are important to us, and we are seeking candidates who believe in our values as much as we do.
