• New Funding From The National Lottery

    An update from the North Wales Communication Passport team:

    After receiving the wonderful news back in December 2023 from The National Lottery Funding Committee, when the Communication Passport Service in North Wales was granted three years funding, we are pleased to announce our new funding has gone live from the 1st June.

    We have got off to an amazing start and we can see just how needed our service is for the children and young people who have communication difficulties in Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, and Gwynedd, as we have already received a huge amount of referrals! Looking ahead to the future and dependent on securing additional funding, we hope to expand our service to include Wrexham and Anglesey counties as well.

    We just want to say a huge thank you to the National Lottery for helping us to continue to provide this much valued and needed service.
