• Travelling Ahead Easter Art Competition

    TGP Cymru’s Travelling Ahead Service held a competition over the Easter holidays.  The Covid-19 virus had put us all in lockdown, but we still wanted to stay in contact with everyone from the community. We knew it would not cover everyone but we decided to make a Facebook group page to stay in touch and ensure that information would reach as many people as possible. 

    There was such a lot of doom and gloom being posted on the page, so we decided to run a children’s photo competition, asking the children what makes them happy. 

    We had a lovely response and around ten children joined in the competitions. All the winners won a prize and their pictures were put up on the page. It was lovely to get the children involved and to see what makes them happy.
